Jack Holloway is a prospector on Zara XXIII who finds an immensely valuable stream of sunstone. However when he discovers the planet's catlike native "fuzzies" may be sentient--hired company thugs murder and arson soon follow to protect ZaraCorp's mining interests.
Registration is required. Once registered please pick up a copy of the title at the Youth Services desk. This book club is for those entering grades 5-12. This program is funded by the Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library.
