Join us for a discussion on the importance of representation in youth media and the historical struggle for diverse voices to be heard. Our panel will include Dr. Umme Al-Wazedi Ph.D, Dr. Ashley Burge Ph.D, Dr. Paul Croll Ph.D, Dr. Lauren Hammond Ph.D and Dr. Jane Simonsen Ph.D from Augustana College. There will be short presentations by each panel member and time for questions and answers.
This program is intended for tweens, teens, and adults.
