Our presenter will discuss mindfulness and share techniques you can use to de-stress and take a break from the world around you.
This program consists of two 30 minute sessions. Andrea Hyde, Professor, School of Education, Western Illinois University will introduce mindfulness and other self-care techniques during our first session. In the second session Andrea will answer any questions or concerns you may have on practicing mindfulness.
Registration is required for the event and is for both sessions.
One week out from the event you will be contacted with a one-time use access code and password for the GoToMeeting event.
